My Password Generator is very easy to use. Just click the "Generate Password" button and the program will generate a random password according to the criteria you specify.
My Password Generator uses Universal Random Number Generator (URAND) subroutine for generating random passwords. Universal Random Number Generator (URAND) is a subroutine for generating uniformly-distributed floating-point numbers in the interval (0,1). URAND is guaranteed to have a full-length cycle.
Custom password length
My Password Generator generates random passwords of any length. Randomness of generated passwords makes them hard to guess. You can set password length in "Password length" field.
Ability to select what characters will be used for generating passwords - you can generate passwords using letters (upper-case, lower-case) and digits.
"Password keeper" feature to keep passwords and usernames in safe and secure manner. Every time you generate password, you can easily save it. No matter how many different passwords and usernames/logins you have, they can be safely stored using "Password Keeper" feature.
My Password Generator protects your passwords, logins and associated web sites from others - all information can be encrypted using AES 256-bit key encryption. AES encryption (256-bit key) protects your passwords from unauthorized access.
If you use "Stored passwords encryption (AES/Rijndael 256-bit key encryption)" feature, you can lock (dismount)/unlock (mount) stored passwords database using "Lock"/"Unlock" in program toolbar and tray menu.
Using generated passwords in other applications
Using "Copy password to buffer (clipboard)" feature you can easily copy generated password to clipboard and then paste it into password field in any application.
To save your time you can use "Generate and Copy password" feature (also accessible by hotkeys and from tray menu)
Export/import passwords feature
Using 'Export/import passwords' feature you may easily move passwords database between different PCs and program versions.
